This policy explains how Hi-Tunes Audiobooks handles information connected with this public website and website inquiries. Hi-Tunes Audiobooks is located at 6000 Park of Commerce Blvd., Unit D, Boca Raton, FL 33487.
When you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number and information about your audiobook project. This can include a title, estimated word count or length, narration plans, requested recording or production services, preferred dates and any additional details you choose to share. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is not needed to discuss your project.
We use inquiry information to respond to you, evaluate your project, communicate about your requirements and, where appropriate, prepare a quote or arrange services. Access is limited to Hi-Tunes personnel and contractors who need the information to respond to or handle the inquiry. An inquiry does not itself confirm pricing, availability or project acceptance.
The website inquiry form transmits submissions through our PHP and Resend email-delivery workflow. The public website does not maintain a database of inquiry submissions. Inquiry messages can remain in our business email system, which uses Zoho Mail. Website hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate the website, transmit messages and support business communications.
Hosting and email-delivery systems can also generate technical or diagnostic logs for operation and troubleshooting, including when message delivery fails. The precise retention periods for those logs have not been established in this policy.
The current website uses browser session storage to support navigation and scroll restoration. We have not identified an installed standalone analytics or advertising-tracking service in the current public website implementation. This does not mean that embedded third-party services cannot use their own cookies or receive technical information.
The Contact page includes an embedded Google Map. When it loads, your browser connects to Google, which can receive connection and browser information and may use cookies according to its own policies. Google Maps, review links and links to social platforms or other external websites are operated by third parties. Their privacy practices apply when you use those services.
Google Privacy PolicyEmail copies of inquiries may be retained for ongoing business communications, project evaluation, quoting, service arrangements and related records. We do not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days. Retention depends on the purpose and continuing business need for the information.
For questions about this policy or information you have provided, contact audiobooks@hi-tunes.com or call (561) 596-8722. We can discuss your request and the information relevant to it.
We may update this policy when website behavior or information-handling practices change. The updated policy and its date will appear on this page.
